Mat is an expert at designing and leading strategies to meet business objectives for the employer and clients. He is a strong communicator with the capacity to cast vision, define priorities, and motivate teams. He has a keen understanding of what is needed to get the job done, and has years of experience working in private, higher education.
As a leader who is particularly adept in the areas of problem solving and on-boarding innovative methods to achieve the mission, Mat continuously uses his skills to raise awareness of Quest University and to ensure it makes a significant impact across North America.
Jeff is the Chief Academic Officer at Quest and a Professor of Music and Humanities. His creative work includes jazz composition and performance on electric and double bass. He is also a sound artist, and was commissioned to create a sound sculpture for the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad.
His recent research reflects the interdisciplinarity of the Quest philosophy. Jeff has keynoted a conference with a talk about mountain biking, musical multimedia, and wellness; written a series of publications on ethics, justice, and evangelical church music; has been invited to co-edit a book on Heidegger and music; and made sound art in collaboration with a visual artist and with ski photographers.
Jeff also does consulting work in interdisciplinary and general education curriculum design.
Krista Lambie joined the Quest Student Life Team in August 2012, bringing with her a rich background in teaching and learning. Krista heightened her understanding and passion for the field of education while earning her Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, and Master of Education degrees. In addition, Krista possesses certification in special education. Before joining Student Life at Quest, Krista served as a teacher at the Canadian International School of Vietnam, where she enjoyed mentoring students, leading the community service learning program and assisting students with their transitions for studying abroad.
In her spare time, Krista serves as a Mentor with KidStart and a Board Member and community educator with Safe ‘n Sound Squamish. She loves travelling, outdoor adventures, dancing, early morning runs, and painting.

Colin Boguski is a thoughtful leader, an engaged listener, and a results-driven Education administrator. Throughout his career, he has built a massive network of advocates among students, agents, families and stakeholders all over the world.
With more than twenty years of management experience in operations, student recruitment, international student marketing and admissions in the Language Study, K-12, and Post-Secondary sectors (public and private), Colin is an expert in his field who understands the complexities of working in educational facilities. In his words, “I have been the face and the voice of private schools, colleges and associations. People are what I know best.”
Most recently, he worked as the Director of Business Development at Orane International College and was integral in establishing the College and the Orane brand in Canada. Before that, he worked as the Managing Director at JCI (John Casablancas Institute), and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Institute, including motivating and managing the Admissions team.
Shelby is an expert communicator and a leader in her field with a track record of success in the enrollment sector. As the Senior Admissions Counsellor, she works closely with the Admissions Team to ensure that prospective students feel encouraged, supported, and enabled as they learn more about Quest University. Shelby has a lot of experience working in both the field of education and also in managerial roles.
When asked why she is excited to be working at Quest University, she said:

Jonny is an international recruitment specialist with experience in market research, internal relations, and sales management. He is also an athlete and competed as a junior Olympic athlete in water polo. As a motivated individual with a passion for helping others achieve their goals, Johnny is perfectly positioned to help make a positive impact in the Quest community.
